为提高侧滑检验台检定效率,开发了可实现动态位移控制和测量的侧滑检验台自动检定装置.首先分析了检定装置的系统功能,明确了功能指标;其次进行了总体设计,明确了机械机构、测控系统和人机交互装置 3 个子系统的构成;再次对主要机械机构进行了设计和部件选型,实现了位移控制等关键技术指标,并基于STM32 开发了控制器;最后对检定装置进行了校准和性能实验.校准结果表明位移测量误差不超过±0.01 mm,力测量误差不超过 2%;性能实验表明静、动态位移控制误差均不大于±0.1 mm.所开发的汽车侧滑检验台检定装置满足检定规程要求,能够实现自动化检定.
Development of verification device for vehicle side slip test bench
In order to improve the verification efficiency of side slip test bench,an automatic verification device for side slip test bench which can realize dynamic displacement control and measurement was developed.Firstly,the system function of the verification device was analyzed,and the function of the device was defined.Secondly,the overall design was carried out,and the details of the three subsystems of mechanical mechanism,measurement and control system and human-computer interaction was analyzed.Thirdly,the mechanical mechanisms were designed and the components were adopted,and the key technical targets such as displacement control were realized.Then the controller was developed based on STM32.Finally,the calibration and performance test of the calibration device were carried out.The calibration results showed that the displacement measurement error was less than±0.01 mm and the force measurement error was less than 2%.Performance experiments showed that the static displacement control error was less than±0.01 mm.The dynamic displacement control error was not more than±0.1 mm.The developed verification device of vehicle side slip test bench can meet the requirements of verification regulations and realize automatic verification.
