摘要
目前国内市场自动导向车(AGV)已经是较为成熟的产品,具有灵活机动、稳定性好、负载能力强等优点.针对重载AGV作业时间较长、充电不方便等问题,开发了一款重载增程式AGV底盘,对舵轮及发电机、电池等的匹配选型进行计算,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对底盘在加速、制动和冲击工况下的强度进行了仿真分析,结果表明所开发的AGV底盘满足设计要求.
Abstract
At present,Automated Guided Vehicles(AGVs)in the domestic market were relatively mature products,with advantages such as flexibility,good stability,and strong load capacity.However,heavy-duty AGVs were still mainly customized and mainly used in large equipment fields such as coal mines,ports,airports,etc.Considering their long operating time and inconvenient charging,this article develops a heavy-duty extended range AGV chassis,calculates the matching selection of steering wheel,generator,battery,etc.,and uses ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the strength of the chassis under acceleration,braking,and impact conditions.The results showed that the AGV chassis meets the design requirements.
