摘要

针对汽车故障码内容描述与实际故障不完全对应,导致维修技术人员对故障码产生错误理解,对故障做出错误判断的问题,对故障概念、类型、故障与故障码的关系进行阐述,以迈腾B8 起动机控制系统为例,利用 5 个典型试验对故障码生成机理进行研究,通过对试验结果的分析,理清了故障码生成的逻辑关系.结合案例验证故障码生成机理在实践中具有一定的指导作用及应用价值,基于故障码生成机理的车辆故障诊断技术研究,为突破故障码应用过程中的技术瓶颈、提高车辆故障诊断技术提供了一定借鉴和参考.

Abstract

Using fault code analysis to judge vehicle fault is one of the most common,direct and effective means in automobile maintenance industry.However,in some cases,the description of the fault code is not exactly corresponding to the actual fault,which leads to the maintenance technicians to have a wrong understanding of the fault code and make a wrong judgment on the fault,which had become a technical bottleneck affecting the healthy development of the automobile service industry.The concept,types of faults and the relationship between faults and fault codes was described.Taking Magton B8 starter control system as an example,five typical tests were used to study the mechanism of fault code generation.By analyzing the test results,the logical relationship of fault code generation was clarified and summarized in the form of a table.The guiding function and application value of fault code generation mechanism in practice were verified by a case study.Through the research of vehicle fault diagnosis technology based on the fault code generation mechanism,the effect of"grasping the essence of fault code through the fault code surface"was achieved,which provides some reference for breaking the technical bottleneck in the process of fault code application and improving vehicle fault diagnosis technology.
