传感器技术是物联网、5G等现代技术的重要组成部分,但传感器能量供应影响其可持续操作.因此,传感器自供电问题近年来受到众多学者的关注.传感器自供电可以将环境中可用能量转化为电能,为传感器节点供电.基于此,介绍了电磁发电机、摩擦纳米发电机、压电发电机、介电弹性体发电机、热电发电机等能量转换方法;回顾了传感器自供电中的能量管理电路,这在传感器自供电技术中至关重要;讨论了环境检测、生物医学检测、智能家居中的应用及面临的挑战;最后总结传感器自供电的优势和不足,传感器自供电技术将会在未来技术发展中扮演着重要角色.
Technology of self-powered sensors:applications and challenges
Sensing technology has been an integral components of modern technologies such as Internet of Things,and 5G,however,the supplying energy of sensor affects its sustainable operation.Therefore,self-powered sensor harvesting ambient energy from environment had capture attention from many scholars in recent years.Self-powered sensor could convert available energy into electrical energy from the environment,powering sensor node.The methods of energy converting such as electromagnetic generator、triboelectric nanogenerator、piezoelectric generator、dielectric elastomer generator、thermoelectric generator were introduced.The energy management circuits are reviewed,which was critical technology for self-powered sensor.The applications such as environmental monitoring,biomedical diagnostics,smart homes of self-powered sensor and challenges discussed.At the end,we summarized the advantages and challenges of self-powered sensors.We believe that self-powered sensors will play an important role in future technological development.
