基于Robot Studio的无序工件码垛工作站仿真设计

为实现对机器人码垛作业中某些无序工件的码垛,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks创建吸盘和相机模型,运用Robot Studio对码垛工作站进行仿真,通过设计Smart组件和RAPID程序,利用相机检测工件的实时位置和状态,使用吸盘取放工件,实现对无序工件的码垛作业.仿真结果表明:该仿真程序可实现对无序工件的抓取及码垛,并可应用于实际工况.
Simulation design of disordered workpiece palletizing workstation based on Robot Studio
In order to realize the stacking of some disordered parts in Robot stacking,this design uses the Solid Works to create works and camera models.Robot Studio was used to simulate the stacking workstation,through the design of smart components and RAPID program,using the camera to detect the real-time position and status of the workpiece,using the sucker to pick up and put the workpiece,to achieve the stacking of disorderly workpiece.The simulation results showed that the program could grasp and palletize out of order workpiece,and could be applied to actual working conditions.
