Base on frequency wire breakage diagnosis of switch signal
In order to address the risk of breakage failure of switch contact signal circuits in practical engineering applications,as well as the potential harm that such risks may cause to the system if not effectively identified,a switching signal detection method was proposed. This method was based on frequency signal acquisition and incorporates a wire breakage fault detection function. The working principle of the switching signal wire breakage detection circuit, which utilizes the frequency doubling principle of a full-bridge rectifier circuit and the frequency signal detection function of the switching input channel, was elaborated in detail. The feasibility of the proposed method was demonstrated through theoretical derivations and simulation experiments based on specific cases.A comparative analysis was conducted between the proposed method and other types of switching signal detection circuits to highlight the advantages and practicality of the frequency-based switching signal wire breakage detection method. The proposed method was expected to facilitate the widespread adoption of switching signal wire breakage detection functions in the realms of industrial automation and intelligent control.
