基于高质量播种技术的小麦机收损失率分析

降低小麦机收损失,不仅有效节约土地资源与水资源、开发无形粮田,而且也是农业可持续发展与确保粮食安全的现实需求.基于高质量播种技术,通过对山东省近年的机收减损大比武工作的实地调查和数据分析,挖掘小麦收获损失的影响因素.结果表明:含水率为影响小麦机收损失率的重要因素;滚筒形式对小麦机收损失率有一定影响:切流+单纵轴流式的滚筒形式较其他滚筒形式来说损失率最低;国产品牌与国外知名品牌相比仍有一定差距,但差距逐年减少;机具使用年限对损失率影响较大,机具使用 3 年之后机收损失率会明显上升.
Analysis of wheat harvesting loss rate based on high quality sowing technology
Reducing wheat harvesting losses is not only an effective way to save land and water resources and develop intangible grain fields,but also a practical need for sustainable agricultural development and ensuring food security.Based on high-quality sowing technology,through field investigation and data analysis of the recent machine harvest loss reduction competition in Shandong Province,the influencing factors of wheat harvest loss were explored.The results indicated that moisture content was an important factor affecting the mechanical harvesting loss rate of wheat;the drum form had a certain impact on the wheat harvesting loss rate:the cutting flow+single longitudinal axial flow drum form had the lowest loss rate compared to other drum forms.There was still a certain gap between domestic brands and well-known foreign brands,but the gap has been decreasing year by year.The service life of machinery had a significant impact on the loss rate:after three years of use,the loss rate of machinery will significantly increase.
