摘要
要素市场化配置是我国深化改革的关键,而如何实现农村要素市场化配置尚未揭示,本文在论述共享农庄要素市场化配置意义的基础上,研究了共享农庄要素市场化配置过程,总结了典型的共享农庄要素市场化配置的实践经验,并以乡村振兴战略需求为驱动力,探索城乡要素市场化配置的搭建平台,以及共享农庄要素市场化配置的功能与效应,研究发现,共享农庄是城乡要素市场化融合配置以及推动农村经济社会全面发展的新模式、新业态、新路径.本文的研究结论为政府在要素市场化配置过程中所扮演的角色提供了一个新的视角.
Abstract
The market-based allocation of factors is the key to deepen the reform in China,but how to realize the market-based allocation of rural factors has not been revealed.After discussing the significance of market-oriented allocation of elements in shared farms,this paper studied the process of market-based allocation of elements in shared farms,summarized a such practical experience from a typical one.This paper also took the strategic needs of rural revitalization as the driving force,explored the construction of platform for market-oriented allocation of urban and rural elements,as well as the function and effect of factors market-based allocation in shared farms.The research finds that shared farm is a new mode,new format and new path to promote the comprehensive development of rural economy and society.The conclusion of this paper provides a new perspective for the government to play its right role in the process of market-based allocation of factors.
