A Research on the Measurement and Influencing Factors of the Development Level of the Integra-tion of the Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Industries
Based on the connotation and characteristics of the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, this article scientifically constructs an indicator system for the development level of the inte-gration of industries in rural areas from such five dimensions.as the industrial development, industrial chain extension, agricultural versatility, technology penetration and farmers'income increase. It selects the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to2019,uses the entropy weight TOPSIS model to measure the development level of the industry integration in each province, and uses the dynamic panel model to explore the influencing factors of the integration's development level. The study shows that,on the whole, during the sample period,China's industry integration development level showed an increasing trend, but the growth rate was slow;seen from the regional perspective, the gap between the four regions in terms of the level of development of the integration of the three industries has been narrowed, with a significant growth in the western region and a comparatively high development level in three northeastern provinces;the system GMM estimation results shows that the development level of industry integration has significant inertia,in which the development level in the previous phase will promote the next phase, and technical support and government support also have a significant positive impact on the development level of the industry integration, while the urban-rural income gap and the proportion of employees in the pri-mary industry have a significantly negative impact on the development of the industry integration. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the research results.
