Study on the Accesses to Green Agricultural Production for Minor Empty-nest Farmer House-holds in the Context of Eco-aging
With the acceleration of population aging and people's growing needs for a better life,ecological old-age care has become a timely and inevitable trend in China.Empty-nest small farmer households have become a special group considering the rural old-age care in the hollowing-out countryside,for whom participating in green agricultural production is an appropriate and important way to realize the eco-logical old-age care.The participation of empty-nest farmers in green agricultural production can ob-tain the economic support by"supporting the elderly with the land",meet the needs of spiritual comfort and mental health,and alleviate the pressure of urban and rural aging.With regards of the diversified role of ecological old-age care internal demand,macro-policy external drive and rural social reality,they are eager to return to green agricultural production.Therefore,it is urgent to improve farmers'aware-ness of green agriculture at the micro-subject level,create a good policy support environment at the macro-policy level,and improve rural infrastructure construction at the objective condition level.
