Optimization Strategies for the Regulation of Pesticide Reduction:Theory and practice
In this paper,a theoretical model of pesticide reduction was constructed to analyze the effects of pesti-cide application interval,application intensity and pesticide type selection on the cost and benefit of agri-cultural production under different information conditions,and the conclusion was drawn that the well-in-formed pesticide market environment would stimulate farmers to actively regulate pesticide application,thus achieving pesticide reduction and income increase.Then,a typical case of"Lishui Shangeng",which has realized pesticide information symmetry and income increase by means of government leading and market as main body,was analyzed to confirm the conclusions of the model.Finally,it was stated that the pesticide reduction regulatory policy not only requires strengthening government guidance,but also needs to build an information bridge and make the market play the decisive role in the allocation of pesticide resources.
