Village-based Agricultural Industrialization and Endogenous Power Activation in the Strategic Connection Period
During the period of consolidating poverty alleviation and connecting rural revitalization,agricultural industry development has played an important role in enhancing the endogenous development motivation of the people who have been lifted out of poverty.Compared with the exogenous industrial development model led by the government and capital,the endogenous agricultural industrialization path based on vil-lage communities has more advantages in solving the endogenous motivation of farmers and the sustainable development of the industry.The village community standard has three connotations:governance commu-nity,production community,and meaning community.Based on this,the analytical framework of"re-sources-participation-identity"is constructed.Based on field research in Y Township,it was found that the village collective as a governance community can integrate natural and social resources in the vil-lage and link government resources;as a production community,the village collective can drive villagers to participate in village industries on the basis of the village community's overall planning of industrial de-velopment.development direction,jointly negotiate land transfer matters,and jointly operate the industri-al chain;as a community of meaning,the village community mobilizes villagers and absorbs new rural talents through cultural activities,awakening the villagers'subjective consciousness and reducing resist-ance to industrial development.
