摘要

地缘导致山区县发展受限,同时赋予了其独特的生态优势与深厚的文化积淀.在限制与机遇并存的局面下,因地制宜发展山区县域特色支柱产业是乡村振兴战略的必然要求和关键环节.本文以湖北恩施s县生态桃园产业为研究对象,采用扎根理论的研究方法,创新性构建了以产业规划、人才孵化、技术体系三位一体为"弓",以产品矩阵多元互促为"箭",以品牌打造、渠道建设双擎驱动为"弦",以"党政企校"主体协同为"拉弓人"的山区县生态桃园产业振兴"弓箭"模式,以期为我国山区县探索产业振兴之路提供参考.

Abstract

Geographical constraints have limited the development of mountainous counties while endowing them with unique ecological advantages and profound cultural heritage.In a situation where challenges and op-portunities coexist,it is essential and critical to develop characteristic pillar industries in mountainous counties based on local conditions as part of the rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes the eco-peach garden industry in S county,Enshi city,Hubei province as the research subject,and employs grounded theory research methods to innovatively construct a"bow and arrow"model for revitalizing the mountainous county's eco-peach garden industry.This model features a tripartite integration of industry planning,talent incubation,and technical system as the"bow";a diversified,mutually reinforcing prod-uct matrix as the"arrow";strongly driving with both brand building and channel construction as the"bowstring";and"party-government-enterprise-school"collaboration as the"archer".The aim is to provide a reference for exploring the path of industrial revitalization in China's mountainous counties.
