小麦纹枯病菌细胞壁降解酶产酶条件的优化

本试验采用正交试验设计方法对小麦纹枯病菌(禾谷丝核菌)3种细胞壁降解酶的产酶条件进行优化.以改良的Marcus液体培养基进行诱导培养,探讨了培养温度、培养基pH值及培养时间三个因素对细胞壁降解酶活力的影响.结果表明:纤维素酶的最佳产酶条件为25℃、pH6.8培养7d,果胶酶的最佳产酶条件为25℃、pH5.0培养5d,木聚糖酶的最佳产酶条件为25℃、pH6.0培养5d.
OPTIMIZATION OF CELL- WALL DEGRADING ENZYMES PRODUCTION CONDITION BY RHIZOCTONIA CEREALIS
In this experiment, orthogonal test was used to optimize the cell - wall degrading enzymes production condition. Rhizoctonia cerealis were induced and cultured by improving Marcus liquid medium. The optimal environmental conditions including cultivation time, pH and cultivation temperature were further investigated through orthogonal experiment in this paper. The results showed that the optimal conditions of cellulose production were 25℃, pH6.8 and cultivation for 7 days, the optimal conditions of pectinase production were 25℃, pH5.0 and 5 days, the optimal conditions of xylanase production were 25℃, pH6.0 and cultivation for 5 days.
