部分野生蔷薇属植物扦插繁殖技术研究

以单瓣黄刺玫（R. xanthina var. normalis）、苦水玫瑰（R. sertata×rugosa）及刺玫蔷薇（R. davurica Pall.）插穗为研究对象，采用秋季温室扦插的方法，研究不同浓度（50、100、150 mg/L）的IBA（吲哚丁酸）激素在不同处理时间（0、30、60、90 min）下对扦插生根的影响。结果表明：（1）单瓣黄刺玫和刺玫蔷薇扦插生根的最适处理条件为IBA浓度100μg/mL、处理时间60 min；（2）苦水玫瑰扦插生根的最适处理条件为IBA浓度150μg/mL、处理时间60 min。
Study on the Cutting Propagation Technology of Wild Rosa
R. xanthina var. Normalis, R. sertata×rugosa and R. davurica Pall.were used to research the effects of different concentrations ( 50, 100, 150 mg/L ) of IBA and processing times (0, 30, 60, 90 min) on cutting rooting under the greenhouse.The results showed that:(1) The best treatment of cutting rooting of R. xanthina var. normalis and R. davurica Pall.was 100 μg/mL for the concentration of IBA and the time for 60 min;(2) The suitabletreatment of cutting rooting of R. sertata×rugosa was 150 μg/mL for the concentration of IBA and the time for 60 min.
