典型农用机械的污染物排放特性分析

为确定典型农用机械的污染物排放特点,本文利用EFM2尾气质量流量计和SEMTECH-DS气态污染物分析仪对CO、HC、NOx进行了测量并确立了利用MAHA测量排放颗粒物的方案和数据处理方法。通过测试拖拉机、联合收割机在怠速、行走和作业三种工况,对比不同工况下NO/NOx的比值显示在作业工况下的NO/NOx的比值最高,行走工况居中,怠速工况最小;对比不同排放标准下油耗的排放因子发现,农用机械在不同工况下的排放因子都呈现下降趋势。
Analysis on the Pollutants Emission Characteristics of Typical Agricultural Machinery
To make sure the pollutants emission characteristics of typical agricultural machinery, this paper determined CO, HC and NOx with EFM2 exhaust gas mass flow-meter and SEMTECH-DS gaseous pollutants analyzer and established the plan and method to determine the particulate matter with MAHA. The results showed there was the maximum NO/NOx ratio in a working state, the medium value on a way and the minimum in an idle state; there was a decreasing trend of fuel consumption emission factors under different emission standards through comparing among three operating conditions of the tractor and combine harvester.
