Analysis on Architectural Space of Traditional Residential Housing in the Mountain Area of Shandong Province——The case of seven courtyards in Woyunpu Village
Based on surveying and mapping of traditional ancient Woyunpu village, this paper studies the courtyard space processing and architectural features of the Seven Courtyards of the Woyunpu village, draws out the conclusion that local residents create a changeable courtyard space and various architectural forms under the combined action of special natural conditions and traditional rituals system, and then makes further study on the construction technique of courtyard space and the characteristics of residential building. This paper conducts a thorough study in the courtyard space construction skills and geographical features of residential buildings. Research shows that the construction concept of the traditional residential housing in the Woyunpu village is of great significance to the construction of the new countryside in the mountainous areas of central Shandong Province.
