Role of Soil Microbial in Fuji Apple Orchards with High-yield and Good-quality in Shandong Province
The characteristics of rhizosphere soil flora in high quality apple orchards were studied to provide references for improving soil and fertilizer environment and improving apple yield and quality. We used 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze and compare the bacterial flora diversity and fruit quality in rhizosphere soil samples of high-excellent/low-yield apple orchards in Yishui,Mengyin and Qufu. The results showed the yield and single fruit quality, soluble solid content and sugar-acid ratio of high-quality orchards were obviously better than those of low-yield orchards. The quantity and community composition of rhizosphere soil bacteria in high-quality orchards were obviously better than those in low-yield orchards, and the relative abundance of actinomycetes, actinomycetes and Chloroflexi decreased, the relative abundance of proteobacteria,acidobacteria,α-proteobacteria and γ-proteobacteria increased. The soluble-solids content and sugar-acid ratio of apple fruits in Qufu and Yishui orchards were significantly higher than those in Mengyin orchards, while the yield and fruit shape index in Mengyin orchards were significantly higher than those in Yishui and Qufu orchards. The number and evenness of dominant bacterial populations of rhizosphere soils in Yishui and Qufu orchards were significantly higher than those in Mengyin orchards, and the relative abundance of rhizosphere soil bacteria was positively correlated with soil enzyme activity and fruit quality in Yishui and Qufu high-yield orchards. In the high-quality orchard soil, the community composition is more optimized and stable, the bacterial population is more abundant, the ability of nutrient absorption in root is enhanced, and the fruit quality and yield are improved.
