Rice ecosystem is an important part of terrestrial ecosystem and plays an important role in the carbon cycle, although there are some differences in the spatial distribution of carbon density in small-scale regions,so this study aims to analyze the differences in the spatial distribution of carbon density in rice ecosystems on a regional scale and explore the reasons for the differences.Based on the measured carbon density of above-ground parts, roots and soil of rice in Lin'an area, and combined with the geographical data of Lin'an an area,we used the spatial autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatial distribution difference of carbon density in each township, and made a specific analysis of the difference to explore its influencing factors. The results showed that the carbon density of rice ecosystems in Lin'an showed certain autocorrelation and aggregation spatially, with lower carbon density values in the central;higher and aggregated soil carbon density in the western and carbon density in the eastern.Topographic factors have an influence on the carbon density of rice ecosystems at the regional scale, excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer in the central region leads to the destruction of soil properties,so soil nitrogen density is also an important factor affecting carbon density. This study is important for guiding local rice agricultural production as well as promoting the development of rice agriculture.
