In order to screen high temperature resistant zucchini(Cucurbita pepo L.)germplasm materials,30 zucchini germplasm resources were used as materials.The growth indexes(plant height,stem diameter,total leaves area,shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight,root fresh weight,root dry weight),relative conductivity,MDA content and heat injury index were measured after 7 days under different treatments.The results showed that the indexes among the 30 zucchini germplasm resources were significantly different under high temperature.Based on cluster analysis and subordinate function analysis,the 30 zucchini germplasm resources can be divided into three categories:tolerance,moderate and sensitive,the varieties with high temperature tolerance were screened as No.11,27,3,8,and 4.There is a high correlation among relative conductivity,MDA content and heat injury index,which can be used as a quick evaluation index to evaluate the high temperature tolerance of zucchini germplasm resources.
