黄河上中游地区大型煤炭基地水资源约束研究

煤炭在我国能源结构消费比重中仍将占有绝对的优势,未来黄河上中游地区的水资源能否支撑煤炭产业增长是我国能源与水资源管理的难题.不同水平年黄河上中游7个大型煤炭基地的需水量进行了预测,并与煤炭基地的黄河流域二级水文区区域水资源量、地下水功能区和地表水功能区进行了适配性分析,根据水资源约束特征提出了缓解水资源对黄河上中游煤炭基地开发约束对策.
Study on Water Resources Restriction and Strategy to Coal Base Construction in Upper and Middle Reaches of Yellow River
Coal occupies an absolute superiority in energy structure consumption proportion in China. Therefore, whether the water resources in the region of upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River can support coal industry growth or not is an important problem for energy and water management in China. Under different level years, this paper predicts the water requirements of seven targe coal bases in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River. And then it conducts suitability analysis of regional water resources, underground water function areas and ground water function areas of the level Ⅱ hydrology area of the Yellow River basin in coal base. On the basis of water resource restriction characteristics, the strategies for relieving water resources restriction of the coal base development in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow river are proposed.
