Effect of Different Factors on the"Net"Effect of Permeable Pavement Based on StormDesk
In order to improve the problem of runoff pollution more effectively, taking a campus in Suzhou City as an example,StormDesk was used to construct a hydrological and water quality model of the study area for simulating the effect of permeable pavement with different structural forms and soil types on the removal of runoff pollutants. The study shows that the"net"effect of fully permeable pavement is the best, but its effect decreases gradually with the increase of the return period, and the decrease shows an increasing trend; At a small return period, there is no obvious difference in the"net"effect of different soil types of permeable pavement. The"net"effect of different soil types of permeable pave-ment does not increase with the increase of the return period. The"net"effect of permeable pavement with clay soil layer is significantly better than that of loam and sand soil as the recurrence period gradually increases; For pavement renova-tion with high demand of runoff pollution improvement,it is recommended to prefer fully permeable pavement+clay soil. The results of the study can provide reference for the renovation of LID facilities in similar areas.
