波纹钢厚度对复合结构损伤特性及抗爆性能的影响

为探究不同厚度波纹钢加固混凝土板的抗爆性能,采用 FEM-SP H 耦合方法建立接触爆炸荷载下波纹钢-混凝土板复合结构三维精细化数值仿真模型,对比分析爆炸试验模拟结果与试验结果;探究波纹钢厚度变化对复合结构动力响应、损伤演化特征及毁伤模式的影响,揭示复合结构中冲击波的传播机理,并对复合结构毁伤预测并评价.研究结果表明,波纹钢-混凝土板复合结构中混凝土板爆坑直径的模拟结果与试验结果高度吻合;复合结构中波纹钢跨中位移、峰值应力和应变随波纹钢厚度增加而减小,而能量吸收值随波纹钢厚度增加而增大;复合结构的损伤范围随波纹钢厚度增大逐渐缩小,其破坏模式为混凝土板的爆坑和贯穿破坏;预测公式可以很好地算出混凝土板爆坑直径和深度,复合结构抗爆性能随波纹钢厚度增加而提高.研究成果可为波纹钢-混凝土板复合结构在结构抗爆防护领域的应用提供理论基础.
Influence of Corrugated Steel Thickness on Damage Characteristics and Anti-explosion Performance of Composite Structure
A three-dimensional refined numerical simulation model of corrugated steel-concrete slab composite struc-ture under contact explosion load was established by FEM-SPH coupling method to explore the anti-explosion perform-ance of corrugated steel reinforced concrete slabs with different thicknesses.The explosion test simulation and experimen-tal results were compared and analyzed.The influence of corrugated steel thickness on the dynamic response,damage e-volution characteristics and damage mode of the composite structure was explored.The propagation mechanism of shock wave in the composite structure was revealed and the damage prediction and evaluation of the composite structure were carried out.The results show that the simulation results of the crater diameter of the concrete slab in the corrugated steel-concrete slab composite structure are in good agreement with the experimental results.The mid-span displacement,peak stress and strain of corrugated steel in composite structure decrease with the increase of corrugated steel thickness,while the energy absorption value increases with the increase of corrugated steel thickness.The damage range of the composite structure gradually decreases with the increase of the thickness of the corrugated steel,and the failure mode is the crater and penetration failure of the concrete slab.The prediction formula can well predict the diameter and depth of the concrete slab,and the anti-explosion performance of the composite structure increases with the increase of the thickness of the cor-rugated steel.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the application of corrugated steel-concrete slab composite structure in the field of structural anti-explosion protection.
