水泵出口蝶阀流场数值模拟及水力参数计算分析

基于Fluent软件采用 RNG κ-ε湍流模型对DN600 中心蝶阀进行数值分析,分别模拟不同开度、不同流速下管道内压力、速度变化分布,计算得出水头损失、阻力系数、汽蚀系数等关键水力参数与入口流速、阀门开度之间的关系曲线,分析其分布规律.结果表明,泵站稳定运行时蝶阀开度应大于 40°,泵站发生事故停泵时蝶阀快关角度应在 55.6%以上,该结果可为泵站水力过渡过程分析提供技术支撑.
Numerical Simulation of Flow Field of Butterfly Valve at the Outlet of Water Pump and Calculation Analysis of Hydraulic Parameters
The RNG κ-ε turbulence model was used to numerically analyze the DN600 central butterfly valve based on Fluent software.The distribution of pressure and velocity changes in the pipeline under different opening degrees and flow rates was simulated respectively,and the relationship curves between the key hydraulic parameters such as head loss,re-sistance coefficient and cavitation coefficient,inlet flow rate and valve opening were calculated.The results can provide technical support for the analysis of hydraulic transition process of pumping station.The results show that when the pump station is running stably,the opening of the butterfly valve should be greater than 40°,and the butterfly valve fast closing angle should be above 55.6% when the pump station stops in an accident.The results can provide technical sup-port for analysis of hydraulic transition process in pumping station.
