为研究单项低影响开发(LID)设施的综合效益最优面积比例,因地制宜设计最优 LID 设施组合方案,在综合考虑经济、环境和社会因素基础上,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重、优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)评价综合效益,构建低影响开发综合效益评价体系,并将该低影响开发综合评价体系应用于淮南市某老旧小区.结果表明,绿色屋顶占屋顶面积 55%、透水铺装占不渗透面积 60%或下沉式绿地占绿地面积 60%,是单项低影响开发设施的最优面积比例;在不同降雨重现期下,根据单项低影响开发设施的综合效益最优面积比例所设计的组合方案对研究区径流量、洪峰流量、径流系数和 SS、COD、TN、TP 污染物量削减效果明显;在不同情景下,对比未布设低影响开发设施情况,所设计的组合方案对研究区的径流总量控制率提高了 45.59%~47.17%.
Study on LID Facility Area Proportion Optimization Based on AHP-TOPSIS Method
In order to study the optimal area proportion of comprehensive benefits of single low impact development(LID)facility,the optimal LID facility combination scheme was designed according to local conditions.On the basis of the comprehensive consideration of economic,environmental and social factors,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weight.The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits.And then an evaluation system of comprehensive benefits of LID was established.Meanwhile the LID comprehensive evaluation system has been applied to an old residential area in Huainan City.The re-sults show that green roofs account for 55%of the roof area,permeable pavements account for 60%of the impermeable area,or sunken green spaces account for 60%of the green space area,which is the optimal area proportion of single LID facilities;Under different rainfall return periods,the combination scheme designed according to the optimal area propor-tion of comprehensive benefits of single LID facility has obvious effect on reducing runoff,peak flow,runoff coefficient and SS,COD,TN,TP pollutants in the study area;Compared with the situation without LID facilities,the control rate of total runoff in the study area increased by 45.59%-47.17%under different scenarios.
