基于农业灌溉模式优化的白杨河流域用水结构预测分析

为明确新疆白杨河流域用水结构发展方向,依据 2020 年白杨河流域用水数据,针对流域农业灌溉用水量极高问题,通过优化不同灌溉模式,得到优化后的农业灌溉用水量,同时依据新疆近 16 年各类型用水量变化趋势,预测规划年其他用水类型的发展趋势,并运用洛伦茨曲线、基尼系数、信息熵和均衡度分析白杨河流域用水结构变化.结果表明,2030 年总用水量为 3.11×108 m3,较 2020 年减少 34.22%,其中农业灌溉用水量从分区到流域均表现为随时间下降趋势,2030 年减少 42.11%;城乡生活用水量和生态环境用水量均表现为上升趋势,2030 年增加 0.65%;工业用水量和畜牧渔业用水量均表现为下降趋势,2030 年减少 12.69%;两年相比,农业、城乡生活、工业和畜牧渔业用水在流域空间分布上变化增大,除畜牧渔业用水,其他类型用水均处于"绝对平均"状态,而生态环境用水在流域空间分布上的变化减小,如 2030 年农业、城乡生活、工业、畜牧渔业和生态环境用水的基尼系数相较于 2020 年的变化分别为 0.019 3、0.051 2、0.051 4、0.051 0、-0.051 3;2030 年用水结构的信息熵和均衡度均高于 2020 年,用水结构演变趋于合理且逐渐稳定,即白杨河流域用水结构正在朝着均衡、稳定的方向发展,但仍需进一步优化水资源配置.
Prediction and Analysis of Water Use Structure in Baiyang River Basin Based on Optimization of Agricultural Irrigation Mode
In order to clarify the development direction of water use structure in Baiyang River Basin of Xinjiang,ac-cording to the water use data of Baiyang River Basin in 2020,aiming at the problem of high agricultural irrigation water consumption in the basin,the optimized agricultural irrigation water consumption was obtained by optimizing different ir-rigation modes.Based on the change trend of various types of water consumption in Xinjiang in the past 16 years,the de-velopment trend of other water use types in the planning year was predicted,and the change of water use structure in Baiyang River Basin was analyzed by Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient,information entropy and equilibrium degree.The re-sults show that the total water consumption in 2030 was 3.11 million m3,which was 34.22%lower than that in 2020.The agricultural irrigation water consumption decreased with time from the partition to the basin,and decreased by 42.11%in 2030.The urban and rural domestic water consumption and ecological environment water consumption showed an upward trend,with an increase of 0.65%in 2030.Industrial water consumption and livestock and fishery water con-sumption both showed a downward trend,with a decrease of 12.69%in 2030;Compared with the two years,the changes in the spatial distribution of agricultural,urban and rural,industrial and animal husbandry and fishery water in the basin are larger.Except for animal husbandry and fishery water,other types of water use are in an"absolute average"state,while the changes in the spatial distribution of ecological environment water in the basin decreased.For example,the Gini coefficients of agricultural,urban and rural,industrial,animal husbandry and fishery and ecological environment water in 2030 are 0.0193,0.051 2,0.051 4,0.051 0 and,-0.051 3,respectively,compared with those in 2020;The information entropy and equilibrium degree of water use structure in 2030 are higher than those in 2020,and the evolution of water use structure tends to be reasonable and gradually stable,that is,the water use structure of Baiyang River Basin is devel-oping in a balanced and stable direction,but it still needs to further optimize the allocation of water resources.
