京津冀地区收入水平与家庭水能耦合差异研究

家庭生活中用水和用能环节高度相关.随着人民生活水平的提高,家庭用水需求、相关器具及能耗呈差异化发展趋势.从居民生活水能耦合关系出发,构建了生活用水及相关能耗计算方法,并以京津冀地区为例开展生活用水及用能调查,分析了不同收入的用水量及能耗差异.结果表明,京津冀地区居民平均用水量为 134.5 L/(人·d),相关用能量为 3.7 kW·h/(人·d),能耗强度为 32 kW·h/m3;日用水量与家庭收入呈正相关,能耗呈负相关,低收入与高收入家庭日均用水及相关用能差异分别为 9.3%和 4.1%,能耗强度差异约 12%.其中洗浴用水在不同收入人群间日均差异最大,达 13 L/(人·d).建议持续加强节水器具和节能型产品普及与推广,提高居民资源节约意识,促进资源综合节约和管理.
Study on the Difference of Coupling Relationship Between Income Level and Household Water-Energy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
Water use and energy use are highly related in the family life.With the improvement of people's living standard,there shows a differentiated development trend of the household water demand,related appliances,and energy consumption.Based on the coupling relationship between water and energy use in residents'life,this paper constructed a calculation method for domestic water use and related energy consumption.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as an example,this study carried out a survey about the domestic water and energy use to analyze the differences between water use and energy use among different income levels.The results shows that the average water use of residents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is 134.5 L/(person·d),and the related energy use is 3.7 kW·h/(person·d),and the energy in-tensity is 32 kW·h/m3.The daily water use is positively correlated with the household income,while the energy use is negatively correlated with the income level.The differences between the average daily water and energy use in the low-in-come and high-income households are 9.3%and 4.1%,the difference of energy intensity is 12%,respectively.The difference in the water use for bathing is the most distinct among households of different income levels,reaching 13 L/(person·d).It is recommended to continuously strengthen the popularization and promotion of water-saving appli-ances and energy-saving products,raise residents'awareness of resource conservation,and promote comprehensive re-source conservation and management.
