鉴于水轮机调速器对水电机组 AGC控制和一次调频性能影响较大,实际电站中大量存在小频差一次调频性能不合格的情况,从水轮机调速器不同调节模式分析入手,提出了一种水轮机调速器改进开度控制方法,该方法采用功率开度预测方法实现 AGC功率控制、开度反馈实现频率控制,通过差值系数在线调整实现一次调频目标功率的准确控制.试验结果表明,AGC调节的目标功率均满足两个细则中有关调节允许的偏差量为机组额定有功功率 1%的考核要求,一次调频响应功率与积分电量贡献在不同工况下的一致性较好,不同频差时的功率响应比和积分电量贡献比基本一致,有效降低了功率调节模式小频差一次调频不合格情况出现.
Opening Control Method of Hydraulic Turbine Governor and Its Application
The hydraulic turbine governor has a great impact on the AGC control and primary frequency regulation performance of hydro turbine generating units.There are a large number of hydropower units whose primary frequency regulation performance is unqualified at small frequency difference.Based on the analysis of different regulation modes of hydraulic turbine governor,this paper proposed an improved opening control method.This method used the power open-ing prediction method to control the actual AGC power,used the opening feedback to realize the frequency control,and realized the accurate control of the primary frequency regulation power through the online adjustment of the difference co-efficient.The test results show that the target power regulated by AGC meets the assessment requirement of 1%of the rated active power of the unit.The primary frequency regulation response power and the integral power contribution are basically consistent under different operation conditions.The power response ratio and the integral power are basically consistent under different frequency differences.Thus,it effectively reduces the occurrence of unqualified primary fre-quency regulation at small frequency difference in power regulation mode.
