在西藏水利水电工程大开发的背景下,研究了适用于西藏的分布式远程大坝强震监测系统.该系统结合现代电子信息、大数据技术和 GIS技术,建立了西藏重大水电工程强震监测的数据库、方法库、模型库、知识库,并增加了机器学习分析算法功能和数字孪生技术、Web 远程管理等功能,实现了强震监测数据和数字孪生体系有机结合及基础数据与 GIS的信息交互,可将分析决策结果实时发送至远程端,为震后大坝安全评价提供了实景仿真与决策辅助,为开发新型大坝强震监测系统提供了新思路.
A New Remote Intelligent Monitoring System for Strong Earthquakes in Dams
In the context of the major development of hydropower projects in Tibet,a distributed remote dam strong earthquake monitoring system applicable to Tibet is studied.Combined with the modern electronic information,big data technology and GIS technology,the system establishes a database,method library,model library and knowledge library for strong earthquake monitoring of major hydropower projects in Tibet,and adds machine learning analysis algorithm functions and digital twin technology,Web remote management and other functions,which realizes the combination of strong earthquake monitoring data and digital twin system and the information interaction between basic data and GIS.The analysis and decision-making results can be sent to the remote end in real time,which provides real-life simulation and decision-making assistance for post-earthquake dam safety evaluation,and provides a new idea for the development of a new type of strong earthquake monitoring system for dams.
