基于层次分析与改进模糊评价的水电机组检修效果综合评价

为综合评价水电机组检修效果,考虑水电机组工况多变的特点,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)与改进模糊评价法的水电机组检修效果综合评价模型,首先依据实际电站建立了水电机组检修效果综合评价指标体系;然后,结合 AHP主观权重法和Critic方法构建了权重综合计算模型,获取各层指标综合权重;接着研究了水电机组设备检修效果评价指标量化方法,将量化的水电机组设备检修效果评价指标应用于模糊评价模型中,求解各指标模糊评判矩阵,给出水电机组检修前后综合得分,实现水电机组检修效果定量评估;最后以实际电站机组为例,利用多工况下的监测数据,验证了所提方法的有效性.
Comprehensive Maintenance Effect Evaluation of Hydroelectric Generating Unit Based on Hierarchical Analysis Process and Improved Fuzzy Evaluation Method
In order to comprehensively evaluate the maintenance effect of hydroelectric generating unit,a comprehen-sive maintenance effect evaluation model of hydroelectric generating unit based on analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and improved fuzzy evaluation method is proposed by considering the changing work conditions of the unit.Firstly,a compre-hensive maintenance effect evaluation index system is established according to actual unit.Then,combined with the AHP subjective weight determining method and the Critic method,a weight comprehensive calculation model is constructed to obtain the comprehensive weight of the indicators in each layer of the evaluation index system.After that,a method for e-valuation index quantization is investigated,and the quantized evaluation index is applied to the fuzzy evaluation model,the fuzzy evaluation matrix of each index is solved,and the comprehensive score before and after the maintenance of hy-droelectric generating unit is given.Finally,taking an actual hydroelectric generating unit as an example,the effective-ness of the proposed method is verified according to the acquired data under multiple working conditions.
