嘟噜河幸福河湖评价体系及其应用

为准确评价嘟噜河幸福程度,采用驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应模型(DPSIR)从物质富裕精神富足度、水资源支撑度、水环境宜居度、水安澜保障度、水生态健康度、河湖智慧管理等方面选取 22 个指标,构建了黑龙江省幸福河湖评价指标体系.同时,使用序关系法—熵权法—独立性权法对幸福河湖评价指标体系进行组合赋权.最后,利用物元可拓模型和障碍度模型对萝北县嘟噜河进行幸福河湖评估.结果表明,龙江幸福河湖指标体系能够有效反映河流的幸福度,评价结果与实际情况相符,具有较强的可靠性和适用性.
Evaluation System of Happy Rivers and Lakes in Dulu River and Its Application
In order to accurately evaluate the happiness level of the Dulu River,this paper adopts the Driving Force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(DPSIR)model to construct the evaluation index system of happy rivers and lakes in Heilongjiang Province by selecting 22 indicators from the aspects of material and spiritual affluence,water resource sup-port,water environment livability,water security,water ecological health,and intelligent management of rivers and lakes.At the same time,the sequential relationship method-entropy weighting method-independence weighting method was used to combine and assign weight of the evaluation index system of happy rivers and lakes.Finally,the happy river and lake assessment of Dulu River in Luobei County was carried out using the matter-element extension model and the barrier degree model.The results show that the indicator system of happy river and lake in Longjiang can effectively re-flect the happiness degree of the river,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation with strong relia-bility and applicability.
