Research on Adaptability of Water Diversion Communication Technology Based on Combination of AHP and FCE
With the gradual development of water diversion projects towards informatization,intelligence and twins,in view of the problems in the adaptability of communication networks and communication technologies at all levels,three first-level indicators of technology,intelligence and economy,and nine second-level indicators of bandwidth,delay,relia-bility,security,flexibility,advancement,scalability,construction cost and operation and maintenance cost were estab-lished respectively,and the performance index model of the communication network of the water diversion project was constructed.And then the evaluation system of the water diversion communication network based on the AHP-FCE mod-el was constructed by combining AHP and FCE.Based on the model,the most suitable communication technologies for the aggregation layer and access layer of the communication network of the water diversion project are OSU-OTN and all-optical PON,respectively.It can be seen that the index model and AHP-FCE evaluation system can not only provide guidance for the design and implementation of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project,but also provide a new idea and method for similar technology selection.
