摘要

为了能有效解决电网的闪络问题,开发了一种新型的防闪络包覆式辅助伞裙结构,并以 110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子为试品进行了大量的污秽、覆冰及淋雨试验.结果表明,在瓷支柱绝缘子表面加装辅助伞裙能够有效提高绝缘子的闪络电压;不同的加装片数对污闪、冰闪、雨闪电压的提升效果不同.110 kV 瓷支柱绝缘子加装 3 片伞裙可起到很好的防雨闪效果,雨闪电压提高了 26.5%;加装 3 片辅助伞裙可最大幅度的将冰闪电压提高到 107.8%;而加装 6 片辅助伞裙,防污闪能力最佳,污闪电压提高了 67%,已超过了直接喷涂RTV的防污闪水平.

Abstract

In order to effectively address flashover issues in power grids,a novel wrap-around booster shed structure has been developed and extensively tested on 110 kV porcelain post insulators under conditions of pollution,icing,and rain exposure.The results indicate that the installation of wrap-around booster sheds onto the surface of porcelain post in-sulators can significantly increase their flashover voltage.Different numbers of installed sheds have varying effects on en-hancing the flashover voltages under polluted,icy,and rainy conditions.For 110 kV porcelain post insulators,the instal-lation of three booster sheds demonstrates excellent anti-rain flashover effect,increasing the rain flashover voltage by 26.5%.The installation of three booster sheds maximally increases the icing flashover voltage by 107.8%.Furthermore,installing six booster sheds provides the best anti-rain flashover performance,raising the pollution flashover voltage by 67%,which exceeds the anti-pollution flashover level achieved by direct application of RTV coatings.
