轴流转桨式机组不同工况运行稳定性研究

鉴于轴流转桨式机组的运行性能直接影响能源转换效率和电力系统的安全稳定,借助相关传感器和数据采集设备,对不同运行工况下机组稳定性参数的现场实测数据和数值模拟结果进行相关性对比分析,深入探究影响水轮机稳定运行的具体参数,并进一步分析造成轴流转桨式机组运行失稳的产生机制及防治措施.结果表明,机组运行状态和稳定性与流动特性的变化及不均匀激励息息相关.结果可为改善轴流转桨式机组运行稳定性提供理论依据,对进一步提升轴流转桨式机组的经济性、可靠性和耐久性有重要意义.
Research on Operation Stability of Kaplan Turbine at Various Load Conditions
Considering that the operation performance of Kaplan turbines provides critical influence on the energy con-version efficiency and the power system reliability,this paper picked out real-time test data under load conditions for com-parative analysis by means of sensors and instruments associated with numerical simulation,so as to look into the specific parameters relative to the actual stable operation,and investigate the mechanism of the instability as well as prevention measures.It is concluded that operation status and stability of the unit are closely related to the changes in flow character-istics and uneven excitation,which provides theoretical basis for the stability improvement of Kaplan turbines,and also will be of great significance to further enhance the economy,reliability and durability in hydraulic engineering project ap-plications.
