基于高频信号注入的同步磁阻电机无位置传感器控制

针对同步磁阻电机定子电感具有电磁饱和、交叉耦合等特点带来的电机参数非线性问题,提出了一种递推最小二乘法与脉振高频电流信号注入相结合的无位置传感器控制方法,其原理是将幅值固定的高频正弦电流信号注入到同步磁阻电机观测坐标系直轴内,在交轴提取含有转子位置信息的电压信号,采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法进行电机电阻与电感参数的在线辨识,可实现电机的无位置传感器控制.仿真与台架试验验证了所提方法的准确性与实用性.
Position Sensorless Control of Synchronous Reluctance Motor Based on High Frequency Signal Injection
Aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM)caused by electromag-netic saturation and cross coupling of stator inductance,a position sensorless control method combining recursive least square method and pulse vibration high frequency current signal injection was proposed.The principle is to inject high fre-quency sinusoidal current signals with fixed amplitude into the direct axis of synchronous reluctance motor observation co-ordinate system,and extract voltage signals containing rotor position information from the quadrature axis.The recursive least square method with forgetting factor is used to realize the online identification of the motor resistance and inductance parameters.The position sensorless control of motor is realized by proper signal processing method.The simulation and prototype experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy and practicability of the proposed method.
