基于三维足迹家族模型的资源环境可持续性评价

为探讨资源环境可持续评价研究的重要性,通过建立以生态足迹、水足迹与碳足迹为基本成员的足迹家族模型,引入多个资源环境压力指标,并基于DPSIR框架,运用综合集成法分析确立资源环境可持续性评价指标体系,由随机森林法与层次分析法确定各项指标的组合权重,运用模糊综合评价法分析区域资源环境压力状况与可持续性状况,进而开展了基于三维足迹家族模型的南京市资源环境可持续评价研究.结果表明,2012~2021 年南京市水土资源均有占用存量资本,但占用情况整体呈下降趋势,碳足迹处于低压力范围,资源环境可持续性逐年向好;2012~2019 年南京市资源环境可持续状况为弱可持续,2020~2021 年为强可持续.
Resource and Environmental Sustainability Evaluation Based on Three-dimensional Footprint Family Modeling
To discuss the importance of resource and environmental sustainability evaluation research,the footprint family model with ecological footprint,water footprint and carbon footprint as the basic members was established.The introduction of a number of resource and environmental pressure indicators,based on the DPSIR framework,comprehen-sive integrated method was used to determine the resource and environmental sustainability evaluation index system.The random forest method and the hierarchical analysis method were used to determine the combination of weights of the indi-cators.The fuzzy integrated evaluation method was adopted to analyze the regional resource and environmental pressure situation and the sustainability situation.Taking Nanjing City as an example,the study of resource and environmental sustainability evaluation based on three-dimensional footprint family model was carried out.The results show that Nan-jing has occupied stock capital for both soil and water resources from 2012 to 2021,but the occupation situation is on a decreasing trend,the carbon footprint is in the low pressure range,and the sustainability of resources and environment is getting better year by year,and the sustainable status of resources and environment in Nanjing is weakly sustainable from 2012 to 2019,and strongly sustainable from 2020 to 2021.
