Research on Stress Reinforcement of Trash Rack Based on ANSYS
An elastic normal stress reinforcement method based on ANSYS is proposed to obtain a more accurate and scientific reinforcement method,which can improve the tensile strength of reinforced concrete structures,and save project costs.The waste rack frame structure of a water inlet and outlet in a certain place is selected as an example.The stress on the connecting beam section is extracted.The code-based small eccentric tension reinforcement method and the AN-SYS-based elastic normal stress reinforcement method are used to perform reinforcement calculations.It is found that the elastic normal stress reinforcement method based on ANSYS is based on the structure.The steel bars are distributed ac-cording to the stress distribution of the section.When the total amount of reinforcement is the same,the amount of rein-forcement in the main tension zone is greater.To further verify the rationality of the elastic normal stress reinforcement method based on ANSYS,the crack widths of reinforced concrete structures by two reinforcement methods are checked,and the crack distribution is observed with ANSYS.It is found that under the same working conditions based on ANSYS,the elastic normal stress reinforcement method has a smaller crack development width and fewer cracks in the main ten-sion zone.The concrete can withstand greater tensile stress than the small eccentric tension reinforcement method based on specifications.The research results can provide a reference for accurate reinforcement calculation of reinforced concrete structures under the same working conditions.
