复杂弧形闸门结构的CAD-CAE联合分析方法

针对闸门—闸墩结构有限元分析时前处理操作的复杂性,在三维实体建模软件 SOLIDWORKS及网格划分软件 HyperMesh中完成三维实体模型建立、组件整理、网格划分、设置约束及接触连接等复杂操作,在ANSYS APDL中仅需导入文件进行计算与数据处理.某工程闸门—闸墩实例分析结果表明,该方法综合了各软件优势,过程清晰,操作简单,易于修改,且各软件间数据传递完整,能提高复杂结构有限元分析效率.采用的前处理方法,仅需修改部分参数也可适用于 ABAQUS/WORKBENCH 等其他有限元计算软件中,可为类似弧形闸门设计及复核提供参考.
CAD-CAE Analysis Method for Complex Radial Gate Structure
Regarding the complexity of pre-processing operations in finite element analysis of gate-pier structures,this method utilizes the 3D solid modeling software SOLIDWORKS and the meshing software HyperMesh to complete the establishment of the 3D solid model,component organization,mesh generation,constraint and contact connection setup,and other complex operations.In ANSYS APDL,only file import is needed for calculation and data processing.Through a practical engineering example of a gate-pier system,the results show that this method combines the advantages of vari-ous software tools,providing a clear and straightforward process that is easy to modify.Additionally,data transfer be-tween different software is seamless,thus improving the efficiency of finite element analysis for complex structures.The pre-processing method employed in this study can also be adapted for use in other finite element analysis software such as ABAQUS/WORKBENCH by simply modifying certain parameters.It can serve as a significant reference for similar curved gate designs and verifications.
