调水工程大口径活塞式调流阀模型试验研究

摘要
目前国内开展大口径活塞式调流阀的模型试验较少,滇中引水工程大理州鲁地拉工程应用 DN2400 电动活塞阀进行流量调节,针对DN500 大口径活塞式调流阀开展模型试验,试验以原型阀门应用工况要求为基础,扣除管路沿程水头损失后换算出模型工况压差下所需的流量,以此推算出测试全行程所需要的试验台水泵参数,通过模型试验台转换安装两种型式水泵以满足测试要求.试验除进行阀门常规的流量特性测试外,还通过外部感官判断噪音和振动监测值的突变进行阀门汽蚀性能测试.结果表明,测试后的模型阀门流量系数、流阻系数、过流能力、汽蚀性能均满足工程设计要求.
Abstract
At present,there are relatively few model tests conducted on large-diameter plunger regulating valves in China,DN2400 electric plunger control valve has been used to regulate the flow of water diversion system in Yunnan Dali Ludila Project.According to the DN500 large-diameter plunger regulating,model test was carried out based on the appli-cation requirements of the prototype valve.The required flow rate without head loss was calculated,The parameters of the test bench water pump required for the full test stroke was obtained.Test requirements was met through installing two types of pumps on the test bench.In addition to the valve flow characteristic test,the valve cavitation performance was tested by judging the sudden change of the monitoring value of noise and vibration by external senses.The test re-sults show that the flow coefficient,flow resistance coefficient,flow capacity,and cavitation performance all meet the en-gineering design requirements.
