Research on Multi-objective Optimization Operation of Flood Control of Cascade Reservoirs Based on DP-MSCAOA
To improve the joint flood control capacity of cascade reservoirs, considering the flood control safety of the dams and the downstream protection zones, the multi-objective joint flood control optimal dispatching model is estab-lished.In view of different flood frequencies, the objectives include the lowest maximum operating water level of reser-voirs,the maximum flood peak cutting of downstream flood control sections and the minimum excess flood volume of downstream protection zones during the dispatching period. The DP-MSCAOA nested optimization algorithm is designed, which combines the advantages of dynamic programming(DP)and multi-strategy collaborative archimedes optimization algorithm(MSCAOA).Taking a cascade reservoirs in Zishui Bain as the research object, the multi-objective joint optimal operation is carried out for floods with different frequencies.Compared with the results of conventional operation and PSO,the model achieves better effects of flood peak cutting and flood peak shifting with interval flood, which verifies the applicability of the model and the effectiveness of DP-MSCAOA.The research can provide technical support for reducing flood risk and relieving flood control pressure.
