Stability Analysis of Multi-machine Inverter System Based on Virtual Synchronous Generator
In order to solve the problems caused by the new energy grid-connected inverter system to the inertia and damping characteristics of the power grid, the virtual synchronous generator(VSG)technology has been widely used, but the introduction of VSG may also affect the stability of the system.Firstly, the small signal model of multi-machine in-verter system is built on the basis of the small signal model of single-machine inverter system. Then, the characteristic root locus of the key parameters of the system is analyzed. The impact of the target parameters on the stability of high, medium and low frequencies between the whole multi-machine system and each VSG is studied respectively from the per-spective of parameter asynchronous change. In this way,the multi-band stability influence law of multi-machine system parameters is revealed, and the stability margin of part of the multi-machine system structure and control parameters is determined. Finally, the above theoretical analysis conclusions are verified by simulation experiments.
