摘要

为加强中小型水库水环境治理,以四川省内江市石花水库为例,在分析库区及周边污染源的基础上,基于最佳管理措施(BMPs)提出面源污染治理方案,并应用人工漂浮湿地、生态缓冲带等工程措施对治理效果进行分析评价.结果表明,相关措施对改善水库水质及控制水库面源污染具有积极作用.该治理体系的构建可为石花水库面源污染及山丘区中小型水库污染防治提供理论及技术支撑.

Abstract

To strengthen the water environment management of small and medium sized reservoirs,taking the Shihua Reservoir in Neijiang City as an example,based on the analysis of pollution sources in the reservoir and surrounding are-as,a non-point source pollution control plan is proposed based on the best management measures(BMPs).Engineering measures such as artificial floating wetlands and ecological buffer zones are applied to evaluate the control effect.The re-sults show that these measures have a positive effect on improvement of water quality and the control of non-point source pollution in reservoirs.The construction of this governance system can provide theoretical and technical support for the prevention and control of surface source pollution in Shihua Reservoir and pollution in small and medium sized reservoirs in mountainous areas.
