基于虹吸原理的水轮机顶盖排水系统优化

水轮机顶盖排水系统是机组安全、稳定运行的核心.当机组主供水方式为顶盖取水时,顶盖部分会出现漏水量大、潜水泵启动时间长、设备损耗率高的问题,同时会带来水淹厂房的风险.对此,从苗尾电站的实际运行情况出发,提出改造方案,并与改造前的运行情况进行对比分析.结果表明,改造后顶盖虹吸排水系统的耗电成本仅为改造前的0.976%,且改造成本短期内即可收回,同时,改造使水轮机顶盖排水效率提升84.2%.此次改造降低了设备的运维费用、延长了设备的使用寿命、显著提升了排水效率,为机组的安全、稳定运行提供了保障.
Optimizing Drainage System of Turbine Head Cover Based on Siphon Principle
The drainage system of turbine head cover is the core of the safe and stable operation of the unit.When the main water supply method of the unit is head cover water intake,the head cover will have the problems of large water leakage,long startup time of submersible pumps,high equipment loss rate,and the risk of flooding the powerhouse.In view of this situation,this paper proposes a corresponding transformation program from the actual situation of the Miao-wei power station,and makes a comparative analysis with the operation situation before transformation.The results show that the power consumption cost of the siphon drainage system of head cover after the modification is only 0.976%of that before the modification,and the cost of the modification can be recovered in a short period of time;The modification makes the drainage efficiency of water head cover increase by 84.2%.This modification reduces the operation and mainte-nance cost of the equipment,extends the service life of the equipment,and significantly improves the drainage efficiency,which provides a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
