Study on Dynamic Change and Driving Force of Soil Erosion in Loess Area of Northwest Shanxi Province
In order to explore the spatio-temporal variation and driving forces of soil erosion in the loess region of Northwest Shanxi Province, this study analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution of soil erosion in the study area from 2000 to 2019 based on Remote Sensing(RS),geographic information system(GIS)technology and soil erosion model(RU-SLE).And the driving forces of the main factors affecting the study area was analyzed by using the geographic detector. The results show that the soil erosion in the loess region of Northwest Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2019 was mainly mi-cro erosion and mild erosion, accounting for more than 99%of the total area, and the soil erosion showed a downward trend.According to the analysis results of the driving force of soil erosion in the study area by the geographical detector, the most significant factor affecting soil erosion was vegetation coverage, with an explanatory power of 26.42%,and the interaction between vegetation coverage and slope is the most obvious, with an explanatory power of 61.75%.The re-search results can provide a basis for the comprehensive control of regional soil and water loss.
