摘要

为确定云南省某市的水生态空间划分情况,通过构建模糊综合评价模型,确定研究区域水生态空间实际划分中的评价指标,对其进行水生态空间评价,并运用地理信息系统软件搜集及处理研究区域内地理数据,基于现行法律法规对研究区域的河流、水库及渠道的水生态空间进行绘制,进而确定其划分范围.结果表明,研究区域水生态综合健康指标不平衡,河湖空间容易受到经济发展及耕地占用的影响.通过对研究区域水生态空间的划分,有利于国内各省市加快推进水生态空间管控工作.

Abstract

In order to determine the division of water ecological space in a certain city in Yunnan Province,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to determine the evaluation indicators for the actual division of water eco-logical space in the research area,and conduct water ecological space evaluation.The geographic information system soft-ware was used to collect and process geographic data within the research area.Based on relevant laws and regulations,the water ecological space of rivers,reservoirs,and channels in the research area was plotted and its division scope was deter-mined.The results indicate that the comprehensive health indicators of water ecology in the study area are imbalanced,and the space of rivers and lakes is easily affected by economic development and farmland occupation.By studying the di-vision of water ecological space in the research area,it is beneficial for other provinces and cities across the country to ac-celerate the promotion of water ecological space management and control work.
