Analysis of Influence of Glass Powder on Pore Structure of Concrete Under Compound Salt Freezing Erosion
The use of glass powder as an admixture for the improvement of concrete has been widely concerned and studied. However, there is no consensus on the pore structure characteristics of glass powder concrete under freeze-thaw cycles of composite salt solutions.Based on the freeze-thaw cycle test of composite salt solution and CT technology, pore structure characteristics distribution of concrete under different glass powder content were analyzed to reveal the mecha-nism of the influence of glass powder on the microscopic damage characteristics of concrete under composite salt freezing erosion. The results indicate that the increase of glass powder content reduces the fluctuation in the distribution of con-crete pore structure caused by composite salt frost erosion to a certain extent. The glass powder with a 10% content has a relatively better inhibitory effect on the composite salt freezing damage on concrete. The relevant results can provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of freeze-thaw erosion damage to concrete structures in salt freezing environments,as well as the resource utilization of glass powder solid waste materials.
