骨料母岩中绿泥石含量对水工混凝土性能影响研究

骨料母岩中粘土矿物绿泥石对混凝土性能影响不可忽视,采用5种不同绿泥石含量的母岩破碎制成骨料拌制混凝土,研究绿泥石含量对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能、体积变形的影响规律及作用机理.结果表明,随绿泥石含量增高,混凝土坍落度减小,经时损失增大,绿泥石对聚羧酸减水剂掺量有明显影响,当含量超过6.3%后减水剂掺量大幅提高;混凝土抗压强度、轴拉强度及静压弹模随绿泥石含量增高均呈下降趋势,且绿泥石含量越高降低幅度越大,同组混凝土轴拉强度降低幅度大于抗压强度,早期强度降低幅度大于后期强度;混凝土抗冻、抗渗性能均随绿泥石含量增高而降低,当含量超过9.8%后混凝土抗冻性能明显劣化;随绿泥石含量增高,混凝土干缩/湿胀变形及压缩徐变均增大,且含量越高增大幅度越大.研究结果可为水工混凝土配合比的设计提供参考.
Study on the Influence of Chlorite in Aggregate Parent Rock on the Performance of Hydraulic Concrete
The influence of clay mineral chlorite in aggregate parent rock on the performance of concrete can not be ig-nored.Five kinds of parent rock with different chlorite content were crushed into aggregate concrete,and the influence of chlorite content on the working performance,mechanical properties,durability and volume deformation of concrete was studied.The results show that with the increase of chlorite content,the slump of concrete decreases and the time loss in-creases.Chlorite has a significant effect on the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.When the content exceeds 6.3%,the content of superplasticizer increases greatly.The compressive strength,axial tensile strength and static pres-sure elastic modulus of concrete decrease with the increase of chlorite content,and the higher the chlorite content is,the greater the decrease.The decrease of axial tensile strength of concrete in the same group is greater than that of compres-sive strength,and the decrease of early strength is greater than that of later strength.The frost resistance and impermea-bility of concrete decrease with the increase of chlorite content.When the content exceeds 9.8%,the frost resistance of concrete deteriorates obviously.With the increase of chlorite content,the dry shrinkage/wet expansion deformation and compressive creep of concrete increase,and the higher the content is,the greater the increases.The research results can provide reference for the design of hydraulic concrete mix proportion.
