Static Voltage Stability Assessment Method for New Energy Stations Based on Sufficient Conditions of Power Flow Solution
Due to current limiting and other factors, the voltage support capability of new energy is weak, and the static voltage stability risk of the station is high, while the existing analysis results are not intuitive. This paper proposes a static voltage stability analysis method for new energy station based on the sufficient condition of the power flow solu-tion,and judges the existence and voltage stability of the new energy station power flow solution by solving the minimum voltage amplitude of the balance node of the power grid outside the station.Firstly, aiming at the static voltage stability problem of the single unit infinite system, the influence of the external voltage amplitude of the new energy converter on the maximum transmission power is analyzed by using the minimum voltage analytical solution of the balance node.Sec-ondly,for the static voltage stability problem of the radial multi-machine system, the Distflow power flow model and its convex relaxation form are used to calculate the lower limit of the voltage amplitude of the balance node of the external power grid,so as to determine the static voltage stability margin. The proposed method can provide the minimum equiva-lent voltage amplitude of the external grid to maintain the static voltage stability of the new energy station. In actual oper-ation,the static voltage stability of the system can be efficiently evaluated by comparing the equivalent voltage of the ex-ternal grid with the calculated minimum equivalent voltage.
