Risk Assessment Method of Urban Distribution Terminal Rainstorm Waterlogging
The increasing frequency and intensity of extreme precipitation make urban waterlogging more and more obvious. With the development of cities, there are more and more distribution terminals in urban areas. The existing wa-terlogging regulations show some inadequacies, and the rainstorm inundation leads to more damage and outage of distri-bution terminals.Based on the rainstorm intensity formula and geographic information data,a two-dimensional hydrody-namic model(FloodArea)was applied to simulate extreme rainfall waterlogging in Changsha City.Inundation risk zoning was carried out based on the result of inundation simulation and the properties of the distribution terminal such as founda-tion elevation. The result show that FloodArea model can well show the waterlogging process and spatial distribution; The classification of distribution terminal inundation risk areas clearly shows the outage risk of distribution terminals in different regions under extreme rainfall, which can provide a certain site selection basis for new distribution terminals as well as improve grid stability at the planning level.
