Effect of Soluble Salt Content of Unfrozen Watercontent of Ili Loess
The frequent occurrence of natural disasters in the Ili River Valley in the perennial seasonal frost area is mainly related to the change of unfrozen water content of the soil, and the unevenly distributed salt in the Ili loess affects the change trend of unfrozen water content. Therefore, the relationship between the content of unfrozen water with tem-perature under different Na2SO4 contents was studied by low-frequency nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and a math-ematical model of unfrozen water related to the content of soluble salts was proposed. The results show that the content of Na2SO4 mainly affected the unfrozen water content of Ili loess in the normal temperature cooling stage and the free wa-ter freezing stage near the freezing temperature. The salt content near the freezing temperature inhibited and promoted the decrease of the unfrozen water content, and the higher the unprecipitated salt content, the more obvious the inhibitory effect is.The lower the temperature, the less initial salt content affects the unfrozen water content.
